Mr. Calapine serves as the Officer-in-Charge of the Records Management Office, supervises the office activities, and appraises the time and utility value of inactive General Records (electronic and hard copies), ensures their custody and safekeeping, and delegates tasks accordingly. He also manages records index databases through indexing and encoding, provides reference services through records search and retrieval, and performs other related functions.
Ms. Dimapilis supervises the Current Records Section and ensures the custody, control, and safekeeping of Administrative, REPS and Academic 201 files and general records. She manages record classification, updating, disposition, and transfer of inactive records, and delegates tasks accordingly. Her role includes verifying contractual and return service obligations, checking for pending or served administrative cases, and issuing related certifications for UPLB personnel.
Ms. Eusebio manages and maintains Academic Personnel 201 files, including sorting, classifying, and stamping documents, updating the inventory database, and handling retrieval and transfer of records. She prepares Certificates of No Pending Administrative Case, provides reference services, monitors office supplies and equipment, and provides support to other office sections.
Mr. Tandang manages and maintains Administrative and REPS Personnel 201 files, updates the inventory database, and handles document retrieval and transfer. He issues Certificates of No Pending Administrative Case, provides reference services, monitors and collects RMO Revolving Fund income, and assists other office sections as needed.
Ms. Dela Cueva assists in organizing and managing files, maintaining a secure electronic records database, and troubleshooting system issues. She handles uploading and formatting content for the RMO website and social media, coordinating with authorized personnel for site updates, providing client support services, and assisting other office sections as needed.
Mr. Hosme handles grooming, numbering, and digitization of documents, maintains and updates the electronic database of active records, supports Current Records Section operations, and manages procurement tasks. He assists in IT equipment maintenance, provides client services, and performs other related duties as needed.

Mr. Valencia supervises the Non-Current Records Section, overseeing the systematic control and inventory of the University’s General Records. His responsibilities include grooming and digitizing documents, updating the records database, preparing procurement documents, securing canvasses for supplies, and providing client assistance through reference services and document retrieval. Other related functions are also performed as needed.
Ms. Valisno handles the preparation and encoding of service records and certifications (e.g., Employment, Retirement, Leave WithOut Pay, No Pending Case) for inactive employees and Agency Authorized Officers, monitors and submits reports, digitizes documents, assists clients through records retrieval, and performs related tasks.
Mr. Malali evaluates and integrates 201 file documents while ensuring the custody and safekeeping of inactive personnel folders. He manages student assistant appointment records, including arrangement, encoding, updating, proofreading, and generation of tables of contents. Additionally, he handles the inventory, grooming, and digitization of non-current records, provides reference services through search and retrieval, and performs other related functions.
Mr. Escosura handles grooming, numbering, and digitization of documents, maintains and updates the electronic database of active/inactive records, and assists in preparing service records and certificates of employment for inactive employees and authorized officers. He also provides reference services through records retrieval and performs other related tasks.
Mr. Solosa supervises and participates in the operations of the Bindery Service Section, ensuring the accuracy of bookbinding work across various types (soft, semi-hard, and hard binds). His tasks include receiving, inspecting, and checking the completeness of books for binding, encoding transaction details, maintaining the database, and preparing the section’s APP and PPMP. He also issues job orders, provides reference services to clients, and performs other related functions.
Mr. Sauza performs binding tasks; inspecting and checking the completeness of books for binding; maintaining and updating the monthly inventory of supplies; providing reference services to clients; and carrying out other related functions.
Mr. Licardo supervises the Communication Service Section, ensures accuracy of outputs, and consolidates digitization project reports. He handles official RMO emails, performs postal duties, provides reference services through records retrieval, maintains IT equipment, and fulfills BAC-TWG tasks.
Mr. Consulta handles the collection, recording, sorting, and delivery of official documents and communications to and from UPLB Administration and Executive Offices, assists clients with inquiries, and manages routing delivery slips for outgoing documents. He also performs routine maintenance and minor repairs of equipment and fixtures, ensures the serviceability of the assigned motorcycle, and carries out other related tasks as needed.
Mr. Guzman maintains systematic control of IPCRs, OPCRs, and other documents for preservation, performs grooming, binding tasks, provides client services, and carries out other related duties as needed.
