• Certificate of Employment (for inactive UPLB employees)

• Certificate of Service Record (for inactive UPLB employees)

• Certificate of No Leave Without Pay

• Certificate of Retirement

CURRENTLY EMPLOYED UPLB STAFF are requested to course their certification requests through the UPLB Human Resources Development Office (HRDO).
